We, too, would benefit from having this update, or at least the Chile changes part of it, formally released as soon as practical.

We need to get this patch installed next week. Or at least before 8 March 2013, when all non-patched systems will "fall" back.

We also need to let other teams have time to create patches (Apache, PHP, Java, Oracle, etc).
