Well, Nunavut is changing its time zones yet -again-. From Friday's
-Nunatsiaq News-, at http://www.nunatsiaq.com/nunavut/nvt21006_05.html

"As of Oct. 29, when clocks across Canada are set back an hour, Nunavut
will instead stay on central daylight time, which will bring Nunavummiut
into sync with eastern standard time for the next six months.
But the whole territory, from Kugluktuk to Qikiqtarjuak, will remain in
the same time zone."
...

"Next April, when daylight-savings time returns and most Canadians wind
their watches forward an hour, Nunavuts clocks still wont change.
Then, the territory will be on the same time as Winnipeg."
