Hi,<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; My name is Joseph Thurakal and I am new to tz database.&nbsp; I am trying to figure out how to convert historic US central time zone times into another time zone, and I can't figure this out from the readme files.&nbsp; Could you outline how to do this or point me to a good source?&nbsp; Thanks for your help.
