We just cherry-picked the Samoa and Jordan changes for OpenBSD 7.0.
Thanks for that data point. This is another nudge in that direction for FreeBSD.
I haven't decided whether to merge the rest of 2021b for post-7.0.
If more distributions cherry-pick, I will probably revert the other changes in FreeBSD main. I am watching this discussion closely. Ideally a consensus will soon result in a 2021c release that we all agree to merge as-is. This cherry-picking business is a lot of work for all of us.
