Hello everyone:

As almost all Continenal Chile just jumped back to UTC -4; I found there was a decree published last Thursday that will keep Magallanes region to UTC -3 "indefinitely"

The decree is available at https://www.diariooficial.interior.gob.cl/publicaciones/2022/03/31/43217-B/01/2108910.pdf ; and it's a modification of Decreto 1286/2018

Its only paragraph say:

"Nevertheless the aforementioned, the change of the Chile Continental Official time for Magallanes and Antártica Chile region will be extended indefinitely; and will be permanently set to GMT (sic) -3"
