Hello,
Our team has an application on a monthly basis which downloads the latest time zone tar file from IANA.org and processes the files to load tables with the time zones and rule information. We were recently informed our offset information
for Europe/Dublin was incorrect.
Based upon our team’s analysis of this zone and rule, it appears the zone may be assigned to an incorrect rule (Eire). A similar zone, Europe/London, is assigned to the EU rule.
Please advise if this information is accurate and if not, can it be updated.
