"The Biministro of Mines and Energy, Laurence Golborne confirmed Tuesday that the government is evaluating the option to postpone the change to winter time due to the energy crisis in the country.

"The change is currently scheduled for Saturday March 12, but the possible postponement is part of the rationalization of energy that drives the government."

"Golborne said "that is being evaluated, is a subject that has a relatively low impact on consumption but may have a significant impact on communication and citizenship," he said."
