presented at <a href="http://efele.net/maps/tz" target="_blank">&lt;http://efele.net/maps/tz&gt;</a>:<br>

- in sync with 2009r<br>
- antarctica is now handled (that leaves only Greenland that is not
dealt with)<br>
- better processing to produce the maps, resulting in better quality<br>
- addition of terms of use (everything is CC0; i.e. whatever I had a
right to is now in the public domain)<br>
<br>
I am sure there are some glitches; please let me know.<br>
