Noda Time (http://nodatime.org) is similar to Joda Time, but for the .Net Fra=
mework instead of Java.  It has a full implementation of the TZDB which it co=

Noda Time is arguably the best implementation of the IANA time zone database =
currently available for .Net languages like C# and VB.Net.
