Hi,


The Brazilian National Observatory has recently updated/corrected some 
info about the 1994/1995 DST.

According to the new info available the state of Mato Grosso also had 
DST in this period.

I'm sending here a small patch to include the info in tzdata. I used 
tzdata2003e as my reference.

Just out of curiosity, how were you notified of this correction?
Were any other web pages corrected?

I asked the maintainer of the decrees page to correct the brief about=20
the 1252 decree as it was differing from the decree itself. For my=20
surprise he corrected the decree itself, it was the one wrong, not the=20
brief.
