Please review and comment if you approve or have questions, suggestions and/or concerns . As this proposal recommendation calls for a curation WG compromised of members from this and other At-Large WGs and an intent to have such a group approved by the ALAC before the 50th ICANN meeting, we'll need to circulate this document approved by you with those groups to get their feedback as soon as possible.
