I'm sorry to hear of the issue. I hope that your participants are all safe.

I'm not sure to what level you are able to continue the hub activity but having the remote hub is noble and often it is better to be able to accommodate several eyes, ears and voices in your country in the ICANN process than to send a traveller to the meeting.

I applaud your service to your community and ICANN as well as your courage under difficult circumstances. I hope that your audience appreciate the Internet Governance area and will return to participate another day.

I've been finding during the following day, subject to what others / as
know:



The meeting of the remote hub for the ICANN meeting, and in particular the
LAC Space at the Central University Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), in
Barquisimeto, Venezuela, could not be carried out because the university was
the subject of a raid to end of a rally; people who was in college had to
flee the site. The raid was news here during the day; the impact on the hub
met him later.
