I've updated the LACRALO mailing list issues page to provide a history of the translation issues since 2008 and a table to track the issues discovered during the testing of the new translation tool. 

Currently, ICANN Staff have created two mailing lists (New-transbot-en and New-transbot-es) with a select number of persons on those lists for testing purposes.
