...and some serious difficulties when you share your screen and you use other windows on your screen, as even when sharing specific windows, the grayed out boxes appear on everyone else's screen. Sharing video, for example, is better when clicking on Sharing -> Advanced. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it needs some adjustment to utilise it properly.

Some learning curve here.
