It’s organized the whole meeting into several room, which you can join/visit.
Therefore it tries to emulate the typical meeting or event feeling, you can walk around and meet the people there (with video).
They even include the exhibition booths and lunch rooms, where you can stand by some other people which are currently talking.
Private rooms are available.
Pricing is for using the cloud solution (they run the environment), but they offer to run it for free yourself (but do not sell it to others).
