It’s possible that video use on the plenaries are sharply limited so as to minimize bandwidth usage but that’s NOT the direction we want our meetings to go. We want MORE video participation in our virtual meetings, not less.
I say this all to say that regardless of the reports we receive from the meetings team, we need to keep pushing for more widespread streaming to Youtube of both ICANN meetings and our capacity building webinars.
