Thanks for testing. We need more testers!
I do note an issue:
- an email should only be sent to one list, NOT to both lists, otherwise the tool will have problems.
So persons writing an email in EN should only post to new-transbot-en , and persons writing an email in ES should only post to new-transbot-es.

I've suggested to ICANN IT in the call, letting me know the March update of the tool is ready that the system has to trap such emails. The workaround would be (IMO) for staff
to ensure that persons are on one list only.
