Any idea what audio format zoom actually uses? Audacity tends to be able
to read most formats.

From Zoom support:
Zoom local recording and cloud recoding save recording in MP4 (video), M4A (audio) and txt (chat) formats.

Audacity should have no issues opening the M4A file.
