As mentioned on the last Technology Taskfroce call, ICANN has updated the translation tool last week (March 2 2017) for the new-transbot-en and new-transbot-es lists.

The new fixes/improvements :

- translated emails will also include attachments (TXT, PDF, WORD, JPEG, PPT, PNG, GIF) from the original email

- If there is text that you don't want translated, you can enclose such text with a

<DNT></DNT>

Things to note:

- the issues noted on the last TTF call - ICANN IT feels this was due to an email sent to both lists at the same time.

With the new version now installed, do test the new version by posting an email to either new-transbot-en@icann.org or new-transbot-es@icann.org and note any bugs on the

https://community.icann.org/x/z4VZAg page. 

You have to be a member of the new-transbot en and es lists, so if you wish to assist with testing of the translation tools,  please let At-Large Staff know so that you can be added to these lists.
