Thanks Alfredo for this. I attempted to start to do this for At-Large https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Slack but the lack of response from staff and the SM WG hasn't been encouraging. ASU's approach could be duplicated for At-Large.
I notice that there was relatively no angst expressed when we switched to Zoom from Adobe Connect. All we need is the willpower.
