Dear OFB Working Group Members,

On behalf of the OFB-WG co-chairs, the At-Large Community is seeking volunteers to review the Continuous Improvement Program Framework recently opened by ICANN org. The At-Large Community is seeking volunteers to assist with reviewing, and if necessary, drafting bullet point comments for Working Group consideration for the Continuous Improvement Program Framework proceeding. This proceeding will close for comment submission on January 09, 2025. 

Your insights and/or expertise on the subject matter for public comment would be helpful for:

• Firstly, reviewing and identifying any need for the ALAC to submit a comment, and secondly, where such need arises, presenting issues - in the form of bullet points - for discussion at one or more Working Group calls. 
• If the Working Group subsequently reaches consensus on the need for an ALAC comment, volunteering as a penholder to craft a concise thoughtful response (i.e. an ALAC statement) to this public comment proceeding.

As this public comment proceeding will close on January 9, 2025, the proposed schedule for the above-mentioned tasks is as follows:

• Reviewer(s): Establish if an ALAC comment is needed
• Reviewer(s): Initial Bullet Point(s) presentation and rationale for discussion in order to establish working group consensus – OFB-WG call on Thursday 5 Dec.

And if needed,

• Reviewer(s): Initial Comments Presentation and discussion – Thursday  5 Dec at the OFB WG call.
• Penholder(s): First Draft Statement Presentation – Thursday 19 Dec  
• Community: Comment on Draft Statement – Saturday Dec 20  – Thursday Jan 02 
• Penholder(s): Final Draft Statement Presentation – Thursday Jan 02 
• ALAC:Vote – Monday Jan 06 - Wednesday Jan 08 
• Staff: Submission – Thursday Jan 09
