Draft is still open for comments directly into the document till Tuesday September 16
Wednesday Sept 17 - small team will review and will address and incorporate comments
Thursday Sept 18- final version final edits by staff
Friday Sept 19 - 15 UTC – Vote launch
Vote closing Monday Sept 22 by – 15 UTC
Staff filing- Monday Sept 22 by 23 UTC
