Subject: [wsis20] Sharing GDC Zero Draft matrix from discussions with members of the technical community
To: wsis20 <wsis20@icann.org>

Hi fellow WSIS+20 followers

You may know that auDA, CIRA, InternetNZ and Nominet are pulling together an informal coalition of global Internet technical community folks, to support the capacity of members to engage in the current Internet governance dialogues and processes including the GDC and WSIS+20. Please see this blog which we co-authored, then published as individual organisations.

Recently, participants convened over Zoom to share views on the Internet governance issues in the GDC Zero Draft. Out of those discussions, we put together a table that contains a limited and focused set of proposed positions on the issues that attracted the most energy and agreement.

I am writing to share that document with you all, in case it is of use to anyone as you prepare for input to the GDC Zero Draft via the UN stakeholder conversation, inputs to governments, or development of negotiating positions.

The document does not represent the views of all involved - it is a shared resource and may continue to be updated. The attached is simply a snapshot of where it is now. We hope you find it helpful.

Warm regards
Jodi (on behalf of auDA, CIRA, InternetNZ & Nominet)
