ICANN published the Public Comment Summary Report for the draft ICANN FY27–31 Operating & Financial Plan, the draft ICANN FY27 Operating Plan and Budget, and the draft IANA FY27 Operating Plan and Budget. The proceeding
ran from 16 December 2025 to 12 February 2026. The report has been published on the Public Comment Proceeding page.
ICANN plans to publish the Proposed for Adoption ICANN FY27–31 Operating & Financial Plan, ICANN FY27 Operating Plan and Budget, and the IANA FY27 Operating Plan and Budget documents on the Public Comment Proceeding
page on 22 April 2026 so the community has an opportunity to review the documents before the Board takes decision in early May 2026.
Additionally, ICANN will then host an informational webinar on
23 April 15:00-16:00 UTC to present the community's input and the updated plans. The webinar will be recorded, and the recording will be posted on the ICANN Finance and Planning Community Group Workspace.
