On behalf of the OFB-WG co-chairs, we are seeking At-Large Community volunteers to consider the  “IANA 2030 Strategy: Draft PTI Strategic Plan covering 2025-2030” recently opened for public comment by ICANN org. Your insights and/or expertise on the subject matter for public comment would be most helpful.

 

Since the OFB-WG has already established a need for an ALAC comment and as this public comment proceeding will close on 29 January 2025 , the proposed schedule for the above-mentioned tasks is as follows:

  • Call for Penholders and reviewers - Thursday 12 Dec - Monday 17 Dec 
  • Reviewer(s): Initial Bullet Point(s) presentation and rationale for discussion in order to establish working group consensus – OFB-WG call on Thursday 19 Dec
  • Penholder(s): First  Draft Statement presentation – OFB-WG call on Thursday Jan 09, 2025
  • Penholder(s) Final Statement Presentation - OFB WG call on Thursday Jan 23, 2025
  • ALAC: Vote on Final Statement – Jan 24- Jan 28 , 2025
  • Staff: Submission of ALAC Statement – Wednesday Jan 29 , 2025
