• Claudia Ruiz to confirm the Holistic Review TOR statement is ready for ALAC ratification with Jonathan Zuck and Cheryl Langdon-Orr on 11 October and start an ALAC vote on 12 October. 
• Claudia Ruiz and Chantelle Doerksen to work with Jonathan Zuck and Cheryl Langdon-Orr on the final version of the Holistic Review TOR statement before the vote and submission.
• Claudia Ruiz to note that the ALAC will not draft a statement on the NPOC Charter.
