_______________________________________________Dear OFB members,
Reminder, see blog below
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has thoroughly considered the community's feedback on the Operating and Financial Plans for fiscal years 2027–2031 (FY27–31), incorporating revisions where appropriate, but making no material changes to the plans. ICANN requested community input on the Draft ICANN FY27 Operating Plan and Budget, the Draft ICANN FY27–31 Operating and Financial Plan, and the Draft FY27 Internet Assigned Numbers Authority Operating Plan and Budget through a Public Comment proceeding that ended on 12 February 2026. ICANN staff prepared a summary report on the feedback, which has been published on the Public Comment proceeding page.
As a key element of transparency, ICANN will publish the updated plans on the Public Comment proceeding page ahead of consideration by the ICANN Board of Directors, which is expected to take place in May 2026 Additionally, ICANN is holding an informational webinar to present the community's input and the updated plans. The webinar will be recorded, and the recording will be posted on the ICANN Finance and Planning Community Group Workspace.
