On behalf of the OFB-WG co-chairs, we are seeking At-Large Community volunteers to consider the  “Draft PTI FY26 Operating Plan and Budget ” recently opened for public comment by ICANN org. Your insights and/or expertise on the subject matter for public comment would be most helpful.

Since the OFB-WG has already established a need for an ALAC comment and as this public comment proceeding will close on 14 February 2025 , the proposed schedule for the above-mentioned tasks is as follows:

• Call for Penholders and reviewers – Thursday 19 Dec – Wednesday Jan 08 
• Reviewer(s): Initial Bullet Point(s) presentation and rationale for discussion in order to establish working group consensus – OFB-WG call on Thursday Jan 9 Dec
• Penholder(s): First Draft Statement Presentation – Thursday Feb 6 
• Penholder(s) Final Statement presentation-OFB call - Thursday Feb 13 
• ALAC: Vote – Monday Jan 10 - Jan 13 
• Staff: Submission – Friday February 14
