+1 I agree with Natalia, ISOC chapters have a range of members from private sector, government, academia and end users... this is a strengthening feature of ISOC Chapters which LACRALO could benefit from. At this moment ISOC Venezuela members are at SSIG in Trinidad and Tobago, they are working and representing the needs of internet users in their community.
