I am willing to pinch hit but cannot now consciously take on another role in London; demands from EWG, PPSAI, Group Rapporteur/ reporter, Commonwealth DNS Forum are just a few top of mind.

Members of this WG ( https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/ATLAS+II+Mentoring+Program+Worki...) called for volunteer to serve as Mentors in each RALOs (ALAC members automatically should be act as Mentors in this Program).

As you have the knowledge and experience in ICANN business DIDN'T OFFER your collaboration to serve as Mentors, I had to include you in the role of Mentee. But as I have explained before, they are only roles. It is about a group of support to the ATLAS II meeting. You can help and collaborate with your group beyond of the role that you play in the group. I think your whole group would really appreciate your guidance.

Among the main activities previous to London, we would like to suggest the following:

· *That each Mentor finds the best way, most efficient way to communicate with his group.*

· *We suggest that each group discuss about: *

**Themes in which Mentors need mentoring, responding to the questions of mentees.. *

**Thematic Sessions which will take place in the London meeting, so that each Mentor can guide its group to select the required Thematic session, according to his/her interests. *

** Participation and mechanics of the At-Large meetings and how mentees can participate. *

** Agenda of the main ICANN meeting, to guide mentors to participate in sessions outside At-Large within their interest or within their expertise. *

*We suggest that mentors start to contact Mentees as soon as possible, to use the time available take advantage of the time left until London. *

I would like to thank to all of those who have very generously offered their time and experience to serve as Mentors within this Program.
