There will be a LACRALO conference call on Thursday November 17 2011 at 01:00 UTC to discuss two matters:

* ICANN's Draft Final Report Geographic Regions Report (http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/geo-regions-draft-final-report-30sep1...) and its impact on LACRALO. * discussion on LACRALO bylaw modifications as it relates to a proposed diversity requirement for ALAC representatives elected by LACRALO such that one ALAC representative be from the LA region and one ALAC representative be from the Caribbean.

Several ALSes (namely Trinidad and Tobago Computer Society, DevNet, BANGO and Jean Marie Altema (observer from Haiti) have expressed support for such a call before the LACRALO monthly conference call on Thursday November 17 2011 at 21:00 UTC.
