The LACRALO members of the Outreach and Engagement SC (LAC O&E) had a call on Thursday 25 February 2016 (https://community.icann.org/x/UxmAAw) and together with the LACRALO chair and secretariat reviewed the LAC outreach events calendar maintained by the LAC O&E (http://bitly.com/LAC-Outreach-Calendar-List) for possible outreach events that could be used for CROPP proposals.

Three proposals were identified as suitable candidates for using CROPP:

CaribNOG (Jamaica) - April 20 to April 22 LACNIC 26, (Cuba) - May 2 to May 6 First Latin American and Caribbean Forum (Colombia) - May 17 to May 18

For the CaribNOG event, no traveller was suggested on the call. Suggestions? A CROPP request for CaribNOG needs to be filed around March 2 2016.

For the LACNIC 26, Cuba, Harold Arcos was suggested. A CROPP request for LACNIC needs to filed by March 7 2016.

For the Latin American and Caribbean Forum in Colombia, it was suggested that a speaker, Shiva Bissessar could speak on cybersecurity at this event using a CROPP proposal. A CROPP request for this proposal needs to be filed by March 29 2016.

It was noted that Bartlett Morgan had obtained a fellowship to SSIG 2016 from March 29 2016 to April 1 2016 so he would need some outreach materials before then.
