This is the issue that bring me to ICANN...It had been discussed since many years and I'm happy to see this report coming out. Hope to see more concrete actions follow. Some issues raised on this report have an impact on more regions, not just the south. The "one size fits all" 's RAA is at the end an issue for must non-American Companies.
