Ya se ha expresado alguna insatisfacción por los de años anteriores y el actual. Ojalá las condiciones permitan unos mejores en el siguiente ciclo. Para el candidato de segunda preferencia: 1 voto fue dado para Jacqueline Morris 3 votos fueron dados para Vanda Scartezini Por ello, para el candidato de primera preferencia, hubo un empate y no fue elegido ningún candidato preferencial. Para el candidato de segunda preferencia, Vanda Scartezini es declarada ganadora dado que recibió el mayor número de votos. Vanda Scartezini fue nombrada para la posición de Delegada del ALAC al NomCom para 2013 por la región de Latino América y el Caribe.
