Buenos días, como continuación a la discusión entre ICANN y el Grupo de Trabajo Artículo 29 (que junta entre otros a las Agencias de Protección de Datos de Europa), y a quien ICANN en buena medida a pedido ayuda para revisar que su modelo (o modelos) de WHOIS modificado se adaptan a la nueva normativa de protección de datos de la Union Europea (GDPR), anexo les envío el link con la carta que el Presidente de ICANN envió a la asociación mencionada. It was clear after our meeting that a number of important questions still remained, and we agreed to provide a letter requesting additional input on how to bring the ICANN org and contracted parties into compliance with the law. reenvío un importante mensaje de León Felipe Sánchez Ambía, que debieron recibir nuestros representantes en ALAC hace más de 24 horas y no han comunicado a la comunidad.
