Agenda: 1. Opening and Introduction by the Moderator - 03 min 2. Presentation by the candidates - 25 min * 5 min each candidate to present him/herself and give overview on his/her program as Board Director. * * The presentations will be carried out in alphabetical order (by surname of the candidate). 3. Questions & Answers - 90 min * Each question can¹t exceed 1 min * * Each answer can¹t exceed 3 min * * Each question should be answered by the 5 candidates in alphabetical order (by surname of the candidate) except if it is a specific question to one precise candidate. * * Questions can be asked by a RALO or an individual, and will be taken in alphabetical order of the questioner¹s Region (Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, LAC region and North America), with one question from each Region being asked each question cycle until all questions have been asked. 4.
