On behalf of ALAC Chair Olivier Crépin-Leblond, please find the draft "ALAC Statement on the Preliminary Issue Report on the Current State of the UDRP" at the following link: https://community.icann.org/display/alacpolicydev/ALAC+Statement+on+the+Prel.... Actually, the wiki contains two different versions by different authors, which will be combined to create the ALAC statement.

At-Large members are asked to review both versions on the wiki and, using the "Add Comment" function at the bottom of the same page, to leave their comments. The deadline for comments from At-Large members is Tuesday, 19 July, at 22:59 UTC.

An ALAC ratification vote will begin shortly thereafter.
