Dear All,

 

EN - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ENGLISH AND SPANISH INTERPRETATION

 

The Meetings Technical Services (MTS) and Languages Services (LS) Teams are running a preliminary test of the Zoom interpretation feature on community calls. We are pleased to be testing this system now with LACRALO. This is the same feature as during ICANN Public Meetings

 

  1. To listen to interpretation for this meeting, please join Zoom using Computer Audio.
  2. Choose the language you will listen to from the Language Interpretation menu in the Zoom toolbar.
  3. Before speaking, ensure you have selected the language you will speak from in the interpretation menu. If for any reason, the audio you are listening to is silent, please select “unmute original audio”.
  4. Participants who join via Zoom Phone Audio or Adigo Dial-Out will not have access to the interpretation for this session and will instead hear the main Zoom audio only.

Los equipos de Servicios Técnicos de Reuniones (MTS) y Servicios de Idiomas (LS) estám realizando una prueba preliminar de la función de interpretatción de Zoom en llamadas comunitarias. Nos complace probar este Sistema ahora con LACRALO. Esta es la misma función que durante las reuniones públicas de l’ICANN.

  1. Para escuchar la interpretación para esta reunión, únase a Zoom mediante Computer Audio
  2. Elija el idioma que escucharà en el menu Interpretación de idiomas en la barra de herramientas de Zoom
  3. Antes de hablar, asegúrese de haber seleccionado el idioma que hablará en el menú de interpretación. Si por algún motivo el audio que está escuchando está en silencio, seleccione "activar audio original".
  4. Los participantes que se unan a través de Zoom phone audio o Adigo dial-out, no tendrán acceso a la interpretación para esta session y, en su lugar, escucharán únicamente el audio principal de Zoom.

Les équipes des services techniques des reunions (MTS) et des services linquistiques (LS) effectuent un test préliminaire de la function di’interpretation Zoom sur les appels communautaires. Dans un premier temps, nous testons cette fonctionalité lors de l’appel CPWG aujourd’hui (c’est la meme fonction que pendant les reunion publiques de l’ICANN)
 
  1. Pour écouter l’interprétation de cette reunion, veuillez rejoindre Zoom en utilisant l’audio ordinateur/tablette/telephone portable. Choisissez la langue que vous écouterez dans le menu “Interprétation” linquistique de la barre d’outils Zoom. Les participants qui rejoignent via ADIGO dial-out n’auront pas accès à l’interprétation de cette session et entendront uniquement l’audio principal de zoom (en Anglais)
