Please see below a note being sent on behalf of Alberto Soto, Chair of LACRALO, and Humberto Carrasco, Secretary of LACRALO.

Dear All,

In advance of the results of the current poll on whether or not Lance Hinds should be confirmed as the 2015-2017 ALAC Representative from LACRALO, we would like to set out the methodology to be used in determining the results.

If a majority (more than 50%) of people responding to the poll, NOT counting abstentions, have indicated NO, then the selection process for the ALAC seat currently occupied by Fatima Cambronero will be restarted with a new call for nominations.

Otherwise, the appointment of Lance Hinds as LACRALO ALAC Member for 2015-2017 is confirmed.

Estimados Todos,

En adelanto de los resultados de la reciente encuesta relativa a la confirmación de Lance Hinds como el representante de LACRALO ante ALAC por el periodo 2015-2017, quisiéramos establecer la metodología a ser utilizada para determinar los resultados.

Si una mayoría (mas del 50%) de las personas que respondieron a la encuesta, SIN contar las abstenciones, indicaron NO, entonces el proceso de selección para el asiento en ALAC, actualmente ocupado por Fatima Cambronero será reiniciado a través de una nueva convocatoria.

De lo contrario, la nominación de Lance para ALAC para el periodo 2015-2017 será confirmada.
