Quiero apoyar la candidatura de Humberto Carrasco para ocupar el cargo de ALAC MEMBER.

Las razones para apoyar esta candidatura son la larga trayectoria de Humberto en distintas actividades de liderazgo en LACRALO y ALAC en general y su permanente foco y compromiso con la región de América Latina y el Caribe, por sobre otras actividades dentro de ICANN.

Además deseo destacar especialmente su gran liderazgo en conducir la Asamblea General que tuvo lugar en la reciente reunión en Cancún, México.
