I would like to nominate  Lillian Ivette de Luque Bruges to serve as the LACRALO representative on the ALAC. I have worked with Lilian for the past two years and have found her to be efficient, resourceful and supportive. She qualifies as a  member of Region B as she lives in Colombia.
