Brief Overview:	The public comment proceeding is to gather community input on the draft Proposal of the New Fellowship Program Approach, as part of the community consultation process to review existing practices and define the vision for the future of the Fellowship Program. The document reflects input from a questionnaire circulated to Supporting Organizations (SOs), Advisory Committees (ACs), and relevant stakeholder groups and communities, as well as additional relevant public comments. Taking into account feedback received, Public Responsibility Support will prepare a Final Report and brief the community on updates and implementation plans.
