No solamente eso, veo que el programa de listserv no incluyó los enlaces URL a los documentos de trabajo requeridos para emitir conceptos fundamentados sobre el tema.

Recomiendo utilice la opción del translate.google.com con los correos en inglés que no fueron traducidos.

Incluso cuando la traducción funciona, a veces no es muy buena en lo que se refiere a siglas por lo que es mejor usar la palabra completa.

Si le interesa el tema con gusto puedo enviar una traduccion de mis comentarios aparte.
