Dado el tema en discusión y que amerita más análisis y comentarios, por favor pedimos al Staff que aperture una wiki para que, de esta forma, podamos colocar las opiniones y/o comentarios.
Con la confirmación de este pedido, podríamos proceder con los pasos señalados por Carlos y demás aportes de la comunidad sobre este tema.
